step, all at the same time addressing our patients eye care needs.

nature of our mission, low employee turnover is necessary. This position is a
fast paced one which necessitates the need for excellent communication skills.
Due to the ever growing use of technology in eye care, especially computer based
technology, basic COMPUTER LITERACY IS REQUIRED. It is also very
important that your work be done efficiently and without error. COMFORT
WITH MATH IS ESSENTIAL. Although experience does count, previous health
care, optical, and/or office experience is not necessary. If you are looking for

It is our goal to provide excellence in eye care. We strive to "Do It Right The
First Time" and to nurture the trust every patient gives us thus forging a bond
that will result in a lifelong doctor-patient relationship. For this to succeed,
a close relationship must exist between all TEAM members of our staff. They must
be able to thoroughly follow directions. They must also, in their own way,
contribute to the overall betterment of our practice. We do not expect
perfection from the start. We do, however, expect a willingness for every team
member to learn and expand their capabilities. It is our goal as an office to

From time to time, we hire additional staff members specifically for one of our
two office locations. Individuals with the flexibility to work at either
facility is an asset but not a requirement unless posted as such in the specific
